We respect your privacy rights. This page allows you to opt out of the sale of your personal information and submit data rights requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
UnsubNinja keeps its core product free by collecting and monetizing anonymized email metadata -- information such as sender domains, email placement (inbox, spam, promotions), engagement signals, and delivery infrastructure details. This data is aggregated across many users and sold to businesses as deliverability intelligence and market research.
Before any data is shared externally, your email address is hashed using SHA-256 (a one-way cryptographic function), and personal details are stripped. Our B2B customers receive aggregate, anonymized insights -- they cannot identify you from the data we provide.
However, under California law, this may constitute a "sale" of personal information. You have the right to opt out. Use the form below to submit your opt-out request, and we will stop including your data in any externally shared datasets.
California residents have the right to make the following requests regarding their personal information. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
UnsubNinja is currently available to users in the United States only. We do not knowingly collect data from residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in these regions and believe we have collected your data, please contact us at hello@unsubninja.com.
If you have questions about your data rights or need assistance, contact us at hello@unsubninja.com or visit our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
